Real Estate Photography:

• 10 Photos: $110

• 15 Photos: $135

• 20 Photos: $160

• 25 Photos: $175

• Exteriors Only: $75 (6-8 photos)

• Blue Sky Replacement: $30 (includes all exteriors)

• Floor Plan: $30 (through Cubi Casa)

• Video Tour: $50 - $100 (depending on sqft)

• Additional Edits: $5-$10/photo (ie.object removal, lawn enhancement)

Portrait Photography:

I love to shoot portraits, events, couples, engagement photos, children, headshots, high school senior photos, content creators, dating profile shots, or just for fun individual shooting! Note that I do not do any studio shooting. I shoot on-site, ideally as close to golden hour (sunset) as possible. I use ambient lighting or inside a location that permits photography. If you would like a studio location, you are welcome to choose one, and I can help with finding a studio, but you must pay for the hourly rate.

I will provide the unedited JPEGS (there will be 100’s) to the client to select the photos to be edited. Additional edits can be included above the basic package. I use many techniques to gently enhance the selected photos, including—skin smoothing, blemish removal, teeth whitening, masking for fine adjustments, color grading, sky replacement. If you would like to provide inspiration photos prior to the shoot, I can try to shoot in that style and try to match the color grading on editing.

• 1 Hour Shoot and 10 Edited Photos: $250

• 2 Hour Shoot and 20 Edited Photos: $350

• 3 Hour Shoot and 25 Edited Photos: $500

• Additional Edited Photos: $15/Photo
